Service and shipping is great. My last order got stuck in customs, and they immediately sent out a new one after I emailed them about my issue and the new order reached me with fedex within a few days(international)
But the products don‘t work. Couldn‘t feel any effects at all. Just so that you know.

I had order #SB2588120 canceled and offered store credit, so I emailed them asking if I could change the product or if they could continue with my order again, the first email (the cancellation one) was replied after a few hours, but since it's been 24 hours and nothing, hope they can help.
update1: received an email shortly after, got the credits, now just wait until arrival.
Update2: received the package 3 days after, I would definitely recommend science.bio, they are very profesional and reliable 10/10

This is my first time ordering from here since I’ve seen nothing but great reviews from science.bio. I’ve ordered using crypto and it had been confirmed and cleared on the blockchain sending it to science.bio and I’ve sent the screenshots...so far it still says awaiting shipment and I’ve tried to reach them through their email support on the website and also on Reddit through dms on their science.bio page, so far I haven’t heard anything from emails or dm’s from them.

I posted a review regarding an order. Which was poor I have since deleted it due to the correction by Science Bio. Apparently the company has received a high influx of orders in response to their announcement. I can say this, their orders are going out a bit slow and it's taking a little longer to respond to every customer but they will respond and they are going out. They have surpassed my expectations in resolving my delayed order. This is why you're keeping the customers Science Bio because you obviously care. Thank you.

UPDATE:
After about three weeks they reshipped due to my possible package getting lost or not being shipped and finally it was delivered last Saturday! I was worried at first but Science.bio was pretty responsive and offered me store credit on multiple occasions for the inconvenience. Will most likely purchase from them again.

I'm writing this only because it's my money and I had never had any problem with this vendor before. I ordered pramaracetam and paid with bitcoin on the last day of april. Sent a screenshot of the bitcoin transaction as required. Got a email saying it was pending. The next day I wrote them again because i noticed it was still pending and got a automated email back.:(
This morning i logged into my account and it says it was cancelled. Order #SB2584037
I would love to either get a shipped confirmation as usual or my bitcoin back. I have recommended this vendor to 100's of people on nootropics 2.0. Now i am not happy with the communication. Hoping I can get a real answer to what is going on.
UPDATE!!!
They just contacted me and have apparently solved the cancellation of my paid for order. She said my order is now and awaiting shipping. I recieved a additional email with the updated order status. So I'm happy they are okay and not hacked or something else. They have been one of my favorite vendors. They still are. I will give them 4 stars after I recieve my order.:)
My order arrived today! 6 days later than what was scheduled but I'm satisfied.:)

Took a little while to ship, but I love the product so far and will definitely be back for more! ????

I have sent payment via bitcoin approx 5 days ago and have since heard nothing back from this company. My emails asking for confirmation that payment was received have not had responses. Worried now tbh

Reached out to customer service about a shipping delay and they responded promptly to address it.

Purchased a product #SB2551705
on the 17th of March for a 3-7 delivery, upon receiving tracking information a few days later I can see the product never even made it to UPS. After emailing I got a response saying that due to backlogs correspondence has experienced delays but they would find out and get back to me ASAP.
That was over 10 days ago and my follow up emails have been ignored. While I understand they aren't responsible for courier companies (although they pick the worst reviewed for reliability) they are responsible for keeping their customers informed.

UPDATE: Science bio have since reached out to me and offered to re-ship the product which is greatly appreciated. This is the first time i've experienced issues with them and I feel its only fair to mention that I have always been impressed by the quality of their products....Providing they arrive of course ;)

It was a pleasure to work with these guys. My order was shipped the day after I bought it. Also, a big plus is the ability to pay for the order using the Ethereum cryptocurrency. The quality of the chemicals is excellent. I will definitely order again from this company.

Not recommended. I’ve tried to order twice. Always got order number and then never heard from again. They have lack of communication unless after weeks of waiting you finally inquire about it. Purchasing process is ridiculous. To expensive to pay the waiting game “am I or am I not going to get it”.
